Mary Whelan

Having observed a need for an initiative through which people could develop their thinking skills, in particular their creative thinking skills, Mary Whelan launched The Creative Thinking Network in 2004.
Mary is a thinking skills trainer who draws upon her experience as a qualified coach, NLP Master Practitioner, and her extensive experience in theatre and visual arts to promote ‘whole brain’ thinking. She specializes in the development of creative and innovative potential in relation to effective career, business, and life management. She is a graduate of University College Dublin and the National University of Ireland, Maynooth.
Mary has worked and studied in this field for over 20 years. Clients include: BT Ireland, East Cork Tourism, The Smurfit Graduate School of Business, NUI Galway, Trinity College Dublin, University of Wales, Kilkenny CEB, Wicklow CEB, Donegal CEB, Tipperary North CEB, Dublin Institute of Technology, Waterford Institute of Technology, Institute of Technology Blanchardstown, South Dublin VEC, Bewley’s Ltd., Cavan Co. Council, Roscommon Co. Council, as well as clients from Diageo Ireland and Shannon Development Ltd.
